Brixton Water Lane & South End Josephine Avenue very busy, Sunday night 1am-3pm with deliveries & waiting deposits of goods looted. Pick up vans & cars parked up ready or called in by looters by mobile & many groups of people using this route & the alley on Appach Rd to access Brixton Hill & Tulse Hill with stolen loot.
