[Update: as of evening rush hour, we can confirm the cordon is down, and police are guarding the looted stores.]

As of 10am, the police still had the high street and part of Atlantic road around Argos cordoned off for pedestrians. Cyclists seemed to be passing, as did car and bus traffic.
